It's only a minor update that, fortunately, doesn't require any database updates. Here's a list of what's changed:

  • Fixed error displaying events/news when using MySQL databases.
  • Added option to force the language file to be reloaded in the General Settings section (this does required the inc-dataconnection.asp file to be manually edited).
  • Updated comments_edit.asp so that full HTML is imported from teh users comment rather than the BB code.
  • Updated comment.asp so that the user is redirected correctly back to the article they're commenting on.
  • Added Danish And Dutch language support.
  • Fixed bug in setup.asp that could incorrectly identify upload problems.
  • Updated inc-footer.asp and template-footer.asp files.
  • Updated installation.txt file.

Whoops! Thanks to Kjell over at free-template-ports.com who noticed that my language skills aren't quite as good as they should be the new Dutch language file included in the v1.3.3 download was in fact danish! Thankfully he also sent me a Dutch language file so I've updated the download to include the two new files.

The new update corrects an issue that would display article excerpts within the Acrhive and Search pages despite what was level the article was set to. It also fixes an issue whereby it would not allow you to overwrite existing files which was causing issues with the blog setup for some people. You can download it now from the downloads page.
